Wednesday, January 14 Diet Log

Weigh In....165!

Breakfast - one sunnyside up egg; wheat toast; I can't believe it's not butter spray.
Banana

Snack - cup of chicken broth.

Lunch - Lean Cuisine bbq chicken pizza (8gfat)...SO YUMMY.
salad with beets, cucumber and balsamic vinegarette (4.5gfat/2 tbsp)

Snack - 2 cups light popcorn and 1/2 apple

dinner - lean cuisine creamy basil chicken with an extra 2 oz. of whole wheat pasta (I was hungry)

Cup of Decaf tea with honey
