Breakfast - one blueberry pancake with syrup
decaf with fat free 1/2 1/2
Snack - banana
Lunch - Can of progresso santa fe chicken soup
snack - sourdough pretzels bites
Dinner - 4 oz. penne pasta, fresh tomatoes, fresh basil, two pinches shaved parmesan cheese, I can't believe it's not butter spray (total 4g fat) 1 coor's light beer
snack - fat free jello pudding chocolate and vanilla swirl
I felt great today. I wasn't hungry scouring the clock for when the next meal would be. I'm happy with the day and hope tomorrow will be as successful! I need to watch out for the weekend...It's really hard to stay on track.
