Breakfast - banana, yogurt and decaf coffee with fat free half and half
snack - bowl of progresso santa fe chicken soup
late lunch - Lean Cuisine philly cheesesteak flatwrap
snack - pretzels
dinner - grilled chicken, pita and tzatziki sauce (plain lofat yogurt, diced cucumber, garlic)
I cheated and had 4 beers
I'm feeling really good. My husband actually asked me if i lost weight. I'm sure it's maye a pound, but I wonder if I'm starting to lose inches.
